This salt ramen is made with seaweed salt. Seaweed salt is salt made from seaweed and has a rich and deep flavor.
The shriveled shape of the noodles has a subtle sweetness and a slippery, throaty taste.

This is the algae salt chashu noodles, soft but with a strong meat flavor. With 12 pieces of evenly cut pork, it’s a hearty meal!

It is eaten with the soup in the container on the right. The only ingredients on top are potherb mustard and thinly sliced green onions, so take your time to savor this deliciousness!
